    You have the right to return any/all non-promotional products you have purchased directly from our store website within 14 days after purchase.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the original packaging upon receipt. 

    Products purchased directly from our website should be returned to the address in the package for a refund and a full refund.

    Please note that you may be subject to shipping costs by returning the package to Chronnova. Chronnova is not responsible for any items lost during the return shipment.

    Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the returned package to reach our warehouse will vary upon your chosen shipping carrier and shipping method. 


    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation of the approval or rejection of your refunded item. 

    If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that returns may take up to 14 days to process.

    If after 14 days you haven't received the refunded amount, we advise you to contact your credit card/PayPal company.

    Change of mind

    We only replace purchased items if they are defective or damaged. 

    If you need to change it for the same item, please email us at and send your item to the return sender address.

    It is always advisable to send it with a tracking number in order to track the shipment.
